What we collect
- Your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name, when you sign up for emails.
- Your quiz answers, if you take the quiz.
- Purchase details (name, email, country, order) when you buy a template. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; we do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data, such as pages visited and browser type, collected by Cloudflare.
Why we use it
- To send the emails you asked for.
- To deliver templates you buy, send licence keys and updates, and answer support questions.
- To understand which pages and templates are useful, and to improve them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site, such as Resend, Lemon Squeezy and Cloudflare. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
How long we keep it
Email list data stays until you unsubscribe, then is deleted or kept only as a suppression record so we don't email you again. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by writing to [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
